Peli 1640 Protector Case

The Peli 1640 transport case has a cavernous 175 litres of internal space. The 1640 Peli case is virtually unbreakable, watertight, dustproof, crushproof and even chemical resistant. With an IP67 rating it can even be submerged in up to 1m of water while still keeping you've valuables safe. The Peli 1640 case is made from the same Ultra High Impact copolymer material as the rest of the range making it extremely strong and durable. Peli have such faith in their products that they offer an unbeatable lifetime warranty, if you do manage to break it, they will replace it, for life.

As standard the 1640 features 5cm wheels ball bearing wheels and an extendable handle, quickly turning it into a trolley case for superb manuverability on smooth surfaces. Double throw latches and twin padlock loops keep contents safe and seecure, while the automatic purge valve prevents any form of vacuum lock when in use at different altitudes. Stainless steel reinforced padlock loops let the case be padlocked securely, keeping the contents safe during transit.

The Peli 1640 is available in black only. You can buy as an empty case, with peli pick and pluck foam or padded dividers. Pick and pluck foam is pre cut into cubes which can be individually removed allowing you to sculpt the foam insert as you require. If selected the Peli 1640 comes with 3 layers of foam as well as a layer of base foam and egg crate style lid.
