We are committed to dispatching your order as quickly as possible. Below you will find full details of our processing times, delivery services, and rates.
Dispatch & Processing Times
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders for in-stock items placed before 12:00 PM (midday) Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day.
- Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Custom or Out-of-Stock Items: Please allow up to 7 working days for these items to be dispatched.
- Weekend Orders: Our warehouse is closed from 2:00 PM on Friday until 9:00 AM on Monday. No orders will be processed or shipped during this time.
UK Delivery Services
Express Courier (DPD & Parcelforce)
For our express services, we use a combination of DPD and Parcelforce. Based on your order's size, weight, and destination, we will select the most appropriate courier. All our express services are fully tracked and will require a signature on delivery.
- UK Mainland: Next working day delivery.
- Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & UK Offshore Isles: 2 working day service.
- Saturday & Sunday Delivery: These services are available at an additional cost. Please contact our sales team on 0151 548 0144 for a quote.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (For orders under 2kg)
An economical and reliable service for smaller parcels.
- Delivery Aim: 2-3 working days.
- Tracking: This service provides delivery confirmation tracking. You will be able to see when a delivery has been attempted or completed.
- Lost Parcels: In the rare event a parcel is delayed, it is not considered lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed. After this period, we will gladly dispatch a replacement item.
International Delivery
Parcelforce Worldwide (Tracked Service)
Our primary international courier service. Parcelforce offers a tracked service with typical delivery times of 3-10 working days, though this can vary significantly depending on the destination country and its customs processing speed.
Royal Mail International Economy (7-21 Working Days)
A standard, untracked airmail service available for orders under 2kg.
- Lost Parcels: Please be aware that international economy shipments are not considered lost until 31 working days have passed from the date of dispatch. We are unable to send replacements or process refunds for lost items before this period has passed.
International Taxes, Duties & Handling Fees
All our international orders are shipped from our UK warehouse Delivered at Place (DAP) / Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that it's likely duties may be applied to your order when it arrives in the destination country, you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for all import and handling charges. When your order arrives in your country, you will be contacted by customs or the courier to pay any applicable duties, taxes (like VAT), and handling fees before the parcel can be delivered. These charges are set by your country's government and are outside of our control and completely separate to the payment you've made to Police Supplies for your order.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange.
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days. Our team will only contact you if there is an issue with your return. For a status update at any time, please call our sales team on 0151 548 0144.
To ensure a smooth and speedy return process, please follow these guidelines:
- All returns must be accompanied by the supplied returns form.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. You have a duty of care for the item while it is in your possession.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for your return. MC Products UK Ltd is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
