The LOWA Combat GTX MK2 GORE-TEX Boots
The Combat MK2 Gore-TEX from Lowa is a full height boot offering superior stability and support. The dual density PU mid sole features integrated arch support meaning extra comfort for much longer, the ankle protection system featuring PORON technology has been independantly certified making it the go to choice for soldiers, airmen, police officers and private security and military contractors.
The boot upper is made from a combination of highly abrasion-resistant but breathable CORDURA material and smooth leather. Lowa RAYFLECT technology actively reflects sunlight helping prevent UV damage prolonging the life of the leather.
The GORE-TEX inner membrane means the Combat boot MK2 is ideal for wet and cold climates. To aid in comfort and ensure the boots are as water resistant as possible LOWA have reduced amount of stitching, material overlaps and unneccessary seams by using larger sections of leather where possible.
The Combat MK2 is EN ISO 20347 certified and is officially classed as occupational footwear, offering a reasonable level of protection against workplace elements including oil, water and penetrative forces.
The Vibram sole also has anti-static properties and comes with a shock absorbing heel as standard. Using a genuine Vibram sole means the boot adheres to the highest anti-slip standards.
The two-zone lacing system used in the LOWA Combat boot MK2 GTX means the forefoot and upper have their own separate adjustable lacing zones. As a result, the boot can be individually adapted to the anatomy of the foot and laced in different ways for ascents and
