Protec HI-Vis MOLLE Modular Notebook Pouch
The MODHVP is a high visibility modular notebook pouch from Protec. The holder is made from modern antibacterial and fire resistant materials. Used as a general purpose pouch it can be used to hold anything up to a maximum size of approx 180 x 100 x 40mm.
Don’t have a Protec vest? Not a problem, because the universal design utilises the MOLLE industry standard of using 1" loops for attachment, all Protec modular accessories can be used with a wide range of other brands.

I bought this after my force gave officers molle vests without zip pockets. It sits very secure on my vest and has plenty of room for the notebook and other items
